Description:

The Richardsville Family Resource Center is located within Richardsville Elementary to provide school-based family support. It is our mission to help students and families achieve and succeed in everyday life by removing nonacademic barriers to education.

The Family Resource Center enhances academic success by addressing the following five components through a unique blend of services and programs determined by the needs of the population being served, available resources, location, etc. 

  • Preschool Child Care;
  • After School Child Care;
  • Families in Training;
  • Family Literacy;
  • Health Services and Referrals


The Family Resource Center is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Please call for an appointment after hours if necessary or during a scheduled school break.

If you or your child need assistance, please contact the Center directly. If your family is in need of immediate assistance due to a crisis, please call 270-843-HELP.

  • HIF FORMHIF FORM

    The Household Income Form (HIF) must now be completed electronically. Regardless of income, every WCPS family needs to complete one form per household. Please know that completing this form directly impacts the funding for Family Resource and Youth Service Centers and Title I, as well as expand funding for student opportunities.   • Helping HeartsHelping Hearts

    Warren County Schools provides 24/7 access for comprehensive emotional and mental health information and resources. Helping Hearts is committed to assisting students by helping remove or reduce barriers to school success. 

    Helping Hearts covers topics such as: anger management, anxiety, bullying, depression, grief & coping, internet safety, physical & substance abuse and suicide. 

    The site also has directories for local resources, family resource and youth services centers and more.
