We have had a busy week at Richardsville! Our students have been working hard towards their personal wigs, showing excellence through effort and striving for success. This week will be another great one as we celebrate 100 days of learning on Tuesday! Students and staff are encouraged to dress as a 100 year old or with 100 objects on their shirt. Lots of fun through the #100 will take place on Tuesday.
Congrats to our Archery Team for a great showing at the WEHS Invitational this past weekend. We had several archers shoot over 200 points and two made it into the top 10 of the tournament! Way to go Archers!
Good luck to our Lego Robotics Team as they compete this upcoming weekend in the State First Lego League Robotics Competition. We know your hard work will pay off and you will represent Richardsville well!
With winter weather looming this week, please be sure to check local tv/radio stations as well as email and text messages. In the event WCPS decides to use an NTI day, student computers will be sent home for everyone to use. Classroom teachers will communicate the daily schedule and will be available to help families with questions. Attendance on google meets and google classroom work is expected if we use an NTI day. Normal attendance policies will be in place. Students who do not participate are expected to bring in a doctor or parent note to excuse the absence.
As always, thank you for all you do to support your student and our school. We couldn't do it without our families! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or through a message on class dojo. We are destined for greatness!
It's a GREAT day to be a Bobcat!
