I am very excited and honored to be the District P-12 Interventionist for Lost River Elementary and Henry Moss Middle to oversee powerful instructional strategies that will continue to bring out the best in students, and work with teachers in providing the necessary academic stimuli to meet the needs of all students. Lost River Elementary and Henry Moss Middle is a wonderful place to work! I am elated about this opportunity and the new challenges that will come with it. I am excited to work with this awesome staff, where students are the best!
I have served as a Reading Specialist PK-12, Dyslexia Coordinator Pk-12, Master Reading Teacher PK-12, Early Intervention Specialist, Curriculum Developer, Curriculum Coordinator at Lost River for three years, Professional Development Presenter, Human Resource Coordinator, and Assistant Principal. I have taught grades K-8, and I am a proud educator of thirty-three plus years.
I graduated from Grambling State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, and received my Master's Degree from Texas Christian University in Supervision and Administration. I have a Literacy Consultant endorsement in three states including the awesome state of Kentucky.
My goal this year is to empower individuals all (stakeholders) to lead and serve, using Larry Bell's powerful strategies. I look forward to an awesome year with great success!
