My name is Misti Logsdon. I graduated from Western Kentucky University in the fall of 1998 and completed my masters in 2001. I also have an endorsement in Gifted Education. I began my teaching career in 1999. I have taught KG, 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and am currently the Curriculum Coordinator and GT Resource Teacher for Bristow Elementary. In this role, I work with teachers regularly to help them with standards and strategies for best practice in instruction. I meet weekly with various groups of students identified for gifted and talented.
I have been a part of Bristow Elementary since 2000, and I consider this my home. Having grown up in this community, I feel like this is where I am supposed to be. I strive to learn more every day and make a difference in others' lives as often as possible.
