  • Beta Convention 2019

Tomorrow morning, Beta Convention Competition categories will be posted on a sign up sheet outside of my classroom (room 229). If you are planning to signing up to compete in an event, please write your name under the category in which you are interested!

If more than 50 students are interested in Convention, winners will be chosen at the school level to determine who attends State Convention. It will be held at the Galt House in Louisville from January 16-18, 2019.

Competitors in each category will be chosen by the end of the week. Then, students must pay the Convention fee before Christmas break. Since we take a charter bus, spend two nights at the Galt House, and are also charged a registration fee from National Beta, the cost of Convention is $225.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via email or stop by my room at any time!
