I have served as the Assistant Principal at Natcher Elementary since August 2014.  My responsibilities at Natcher include Student Discipline, Extended School Services, Facilities and many other jobs.

I began my career in education as a High School Math teacher at Seneca High School, in Louisville, in 1996.  I have taught in McCreary County, Corbin Independent, and Williamsburg Independent Schools.  I have served as the District Technology Resource Teacher and the Dean of Elementary Students at Williamsburg Independent Schools.

 

Personal
I am married to Dr. Sonia Young.  She is an Associate Professor at Western Kentucky University in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.  We have three boys Matthew (WKU), Joshua (UK), and Jacob (SWHS).  Our family loves to travel, play games, and do things together.
