My name is Neli Ouzounova and I am the art teacher for Alvaton Elementary. I love art and am looking forward to the many interesting ideas which students communicate. We have some very creative young artists!

In the Art room students will explore concepts, media and techniques that give experience with Creating, Presenting, Responding and Connecting. These National Core Standards in Arts Education can be found at https://www.nationalartsstandards.org/

Depending on their grade level, through art students will enhance their motor skills using art room tools, gain attention to details, be confident in making choices, practice their patience, use math, measure, accept diverse presentations of the same idea, and more.
