Open Records Request
"The purpose of the Records Retention Office is to ensure that Warren County Public Schools (WCPS) retains its official records in accordance with the requirements of the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives and the State Archives and Records Commission in accordance with KRS 171.410 – 740 and to comply with the Open Records Act."
Legal Services
The chief legal officer for Warren County Public Schools provides legal support and guidance for any applicable issues in the district. He also works directly with the school district's law enforcement, the compliance officers, and the Section 504 coordinator.
WCPS accepts all open records requests via several options:

Please include your name, mailing address, and a description of the records requested, plus your email address and phone number or other preferred means of contact. WCPS will issue a written response within five business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
Note: Open records requests cannot violate the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
