Welcome to my website! Let me begin by saying how much I truly enjoy teaching your children; the students at Warren Central are the best students I have had the privilege of teaching. I look forward to coming to school every day because of their interest, openness, and desire to learn. 

I have two daughters who are graduates of Warren County Public Schools. Skylar is a graduate of Western Kentucky University; she works for an online company. Sierra is a senior at the University of South Florida. She is majoring in Business and Sports and Entertainment with a minor in Creative Writing.. She worked this past summer as a lifeguard in Florida. I am tremendously proud of all of them.  As I watched my daughters grow and mature in the Warren County Public School system, I was impressed with how important it is to be mindful of the course one takes during one's high school career. In many ways, junior year is the busiest, most important, and most productive year of a student's high school career. 

In addition to my wonderful daughters, I am married to a wonderful man, Brett Thiessen, and I gained a son, Pete. He is a sophomore at the University of South Carolina ans is also majoring in Business and Sports Management. You will frequently see us at athletic events. We are die-hard supporters of Dragon Nation! Go Dragons!

 I truly believe Warren Central has the best administration, faculty, and staff in the area. This is my eleventh year of teaching, and I find it more personally rewarding than ever before. Your students teach me so much about life and the changing landscape of American life. I am ever grateful to serve them and you.
