Organizations or groups that wish to use JRES facilities are required to complete a Building Usage Request form and submit it to the principal 8 weeks prior to the event. The WCPS policy requires all groups to be approved by the school board. Depending on other events at the school, completing a Building Usage Request form does not guarantee the request will be granted. Weekends are discouraged, as a staff member will need to be present during the event.
