Welcome to Rich Pond!!  My name is Heather Kirtley.  I am  the Speech Language Pathologist at Rich Pond Elementary.   

      I received my undergraduate degree in Speech Language Pathology at WKU in 1990 , followed by my Master's degree from Vanderbilt University in 1992.   I have practiced speech therapy for 20 years in a variety of settings including acute care hospitals, rehab centers, home health , in private practice as a First Steps Provider for Early Intervention Services 0-3 and in public schools.  Over the past decade , I have focused my career in school - based speech therapy because I like working with children such as the great kids we have here at Rich Pond Elementary.     This year marks my 8th year at Rich Pond Elementary where I have been blessed to work with great teachers and staff.
