Welcome to Kindergarten!
My name is Alicia Graves and I am a teacher at Rich Pond Elementary. This is my 21st year teaching for Warren County. Mrs. Brandy is my teaching assistant and she has lots of experience working with children. We look forward to another exciting year!
I was born and raised in Munfordville, Kentucky. I graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in education. I began my teaching career in Chesnee, South Carolina. I taught there for four years and then moved to Bowling Green, Kentucky. Shortly after moving, I accepted a job at Warren Elementary. After four years of teaching kindergarten, I moved to the “Pond”. I have happily taught at Rich Pond for sixteen years, and look forward to an exciting 17th year with my new students and families.
I am married to David Graves. After many years of coaching college basketball, he now manages a State Farm Agency right here in Bowling Green. We have two daughters, Isabelle and Annslee. Isabelle is senior at Western Kentucky University and Annslee is a senior at South Warren High School. In my spare time, I LOVE spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy traveling, attending WKU sporting events, and playing outdoors.
I am very excited about this new school year and look forward to making memories with my new kinder friends!
