Hello!  I am Jenny DeJarnette and a kindergarten teacher at Rich Pond Elementary.  This will be my seventeenth year here at "The Pond".  I have spent three years teaching collaboratively as a class-size reduction and Title 1 teacher, and I have also taught second grade. This year begins my thirteenth teaching kindergarten.

I love my job and feel very blessed to have the opportunity to teach each day!  My career fills me with unimaginable reward!  It is my goal to provide students with a positive learning environment to help them achieve success.  I look forward to watching them grow and learn everyday.  Thank you for sharing your children with me!

When I'm not at school, I love spending time with my four children. Austin is 20, Gaige is 13, Holden is 9, and Isabelle is 8.  They keep me very busy and I can't imagine life any other way!
