The Leader in Me is a leadership development program for all students based on Dr. Steven Covey's book 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.  Cumberland Trace teachers and staff will be introducing these habits to students using the following timeline:
  • Aug. 15  Be Proactive
  • Aug. 22  Begin with the End in Mind
  • Aug. 29  Put First Things First
  • Sept. 6  Think Win-Win
  • Sept. 12  Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood
  • Sept. 19  Synergize
  • Sept. 26  Sharpen the Saw
Several classrooms began some implementation of this program last year.  Please check out the videos for a quick introduction to some of these leadership concept.
