My name is Amanda Haynes and the 2016-17 school year will be my 6th year of teaching Art in Warren County! This year I am very happy to be at Jody Richards Elementary Wednesday, Thursday and Friday as well as Cumberland Trace Elementary on Monday and Tuesday.

A few artwork photos are now posted along with a desciption of what we are learning this month for each grade level! You will find current Jan/Feb 2017 info there:-)

I posted these interactive art websites below before summer started, I will continue to leave these posted to explore.

The URL below is the wesite the The National Gallery of Art for kids (NGAKids). Here you can not only view different types of famous artworks in the Gallery, but kids can also create a variety of styles of artworks online! Hope you check it out!

This website is an article from CNN about The Google Art Project, which is an interactive website created by google that contains photos of artworks from 17 art museums. The website allows you to zoom in on the high resolution photos of paintings and drawings as if you were really there.
