Mission Statement
It is the mission of North Warren Elementary to work as a team on a daily basis to give each student opportunities to learn in their own way, always emphasizing best effort, continual progress, and mutual respect. Our school motto is SOAR: Show best effort, Outstanding attitude, Act responsibly, Respect yourself and others.

Process of Developing the Consolidated Plan
North Warren Elementary's School Improvement Plan was developed by analyzing test data, assessing curriculum concerns, and analyzing the current programs we implement here at North Warren. Instructional decisions are based on data which enables us to make informed decisions that will be effective for each individual student.

Communication Plan
The Comprehensive Plan for School Improvement is available for parents and community members at any time and is presented at public meetings.

Progress toward goals will be presented to the SBDM throughout the year. Updates of the plan will also be made available to families and the community. This and other information will also be shared through newsletters and announcements at meetings.
