Sixth grade did an AMAZING job researching and presenting at their annual multicultural fair on Friday, May 2! Visitors to the fair were amazed at their depth of knowledge and professionalism. Students selected the country of their choice in early April and researched and worked on presentations for a month. Components to the project included 100 facts, sorted by the five themes of geography, an original poem, a reading log with 10 print and digital sources, games, clothing/crafts, and of course, presenting to peers, teachers, and parents. Many students dressed in clothing and entertained guests with movies, power points, and slide shows.Teachers and parents were in awe during the presentations.? Way to go sixth grade!
