The Warren County Board of Education approved the proposed salary table changes to both the certified and the classified salary table that were recommended at the April Board Meeting. These adjustments will make WCPS more aligned with other districts in regard to employee compensation. The most notable highlights of the approved changes are as follows:
1. Rank I Teachers – various steps have experienced upwards of a 9.49% increase since July 2013 and up to 2.42% from the current fiscal year to next year
2. Rank II Teachers – recommended salary table will show gains approaching 5, 6, 7, 8 and upwards of 9% since July 2013 and up to 5.68% from the current fiscal year to next year
3. Instructional Aides, Custodial Staff and Bus Drivers have seen various increases with some approaching 8, 10 and even 15 percent gains since 2013.
