Richardsville's Vision Statement:
Richardsville Elementary will be a "home away from home" where the students, staff and community are welcomed into a positive and safe learning environment. We will be a school where the whole child is developed through high expectations and and nurturing relationships. Our students will have 21st Century skills that allow them to envision their future, develop a plan and persevere to achieve their goals.
Happy New Year!! Welcome to 2018!!
It is so hard to believe we have (almost) made it to the second half of the 2017-18 school year. Students and teachers have worked extremely hard to take positive steps in their learning journey. Please remember you can assist us in this endeavor by just a few taking a few small steps in helping our students be successful. Below are some ways to help your child be their B.E.S.T:
Finally, if you have not stepped in the building lately there have been some significant aesthetic changes happening here at Richardsville Elementary. Not to give too much away but it may have something to do with our One School, One Book initiative with E.B. White’s, Charlotte’s Web. Along with our new murals, the school has a more inviting appeal that students seem to enjoy.
Again, thank you for entrusting us with the privilege of caring and educating your child; there is not another job more significant or rewarding. If you have questions, concerns, or ideas on how we can improve as a school, I encourage you to contact me at email@example.com or call 270-777-3232. I would love the opportunity to talk with you.
