WCPS Announces Teacher Internship/Mentorship Programs Internship Group
Volunteer trainings in August volunteer

The FRC will host volunteer trainings each day beginning the week of August 20-24th at 7:45 am and 12:30 pm. Location is TBD so please remain in lobby until directed. There will also be two evening trainings on August 20 & 21st. The volunteer training is a YEARLY REQUIREMENT. Also, new this year is an additional background check that EVERY person volunteering will be required to complete regardless if you have had a background check done in previous year(s).


Please note: If a parent wants to go on a field trip they need to attend one of the trainings next week. It could take up to a month to get back ground checks returned.

Sponsored by American Bank & Trust, Bowling Green Kiwanis Club, and Passport Health Plan! It will be Tuesday, June 19 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Bowling Green Ballpark. The rain date will be June 20. Let’s get ready to celebrate this great community in which we live!

Stand for Children Day provides fun activities for children while providing information to families and caregivers about the services available in our community. Families, summer camps and child care centers attend free-of-charge and bring children to play at countless booths and activities manned by area agencies and businesses.
